Thunder storm in london, it happened in the early hours so traffic noise is low. There's a little hiss from the recorder, some of it is rain though. I've uploaded the whole file, its pretty big, i can upload an mp3 if anyone needs it.

This was captured on may 14th in azeitão, portugal, during a very cloudy and rainy day.

I recorded it with an optimus tape deck and an old microphone (the tape i recorded it on was a maxell ur), i then used audacity and the same tape deck to convert it to digital. This is a thunder storm i made for the show i was in. It took me ages to make it.

I opened my window and set the mic next to it during a thunderstorm. There's a thunder clap near the beginning that is loud and peaks the levels.

A zoom h1n and 3dio fs binaural microphone (with wind muffs) were to used to record this track at approximately 4:00 p. M. On 7/17/19.

23rd july 2016 thunderstorm in pécel, hungary. My sony icd-ux512 dictaphone was under an experimental place, under a tree branch. This storm produced 10 milimeters of rain.

A light thunderstorm in carrboro, nc. Not too much wind or heavy rain, but some very good thunder claps. As the thunder slowly fades away, some distant traffic and a siren can be heard. Recorded on a zoom h2. This was uploaded as vorbis instead of flac or wav because it's quite long but i thought people might find it useful to have the whole thing. Some intelligent de-clipping was also performed in audacity to remove some slight distortion from the loudest claps.
